The Program
Each program starts with an interview and goal setting session - in person if possible - to help me get to know you..
We start with 3 months' worth of workouts which include running and general strengthening exercises. You will recieve a workout plan every two weeks, but we can adjust them much more often as we go.
Throughout the program, I'm available for unlimited emails and phone calls.
For moms in the Boulder area, monthly meetings are included.
